Describe the faultNote when you found the problem and how it appears. Keep relevant photos or a short video.3. State what you would likeWrite to the seller to complain about faulty goods. Describe the problem and preferred remedy; entitlement depends on the rules.4. Keep what you sendAttach relevant evidence and keep your message and any replies together.5. Record any repairKeep the handover note and agreements. Ask when the work should finish, and describe any returning fault.6. Choose your next follow-upChoose your own date to review progress. Follow up in writing if a reply or solution is missing.
